To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

• A. Height : 
  • Measure from the top of shoulder to the end of your upper body to determine the length of the T-shirt.
• B. Chest :
  • Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back.
• C. Shoulder Width :
  • Measure from shoulder to shoulder.
• D. Sleeve Length : 
  • Measure from shoulder down arm to determine sleeve length.
