International Shipping

TUNL

International orders are shipped using TUNL, providing a convenient delivery service for customers outside South Africa. TUNL is an external party that assists with easier, less expensive international shipment options using providers like FEDEX and UPS. 

At checkout, input your delivery address and different options will appear on your order for you to select from. Delivery times and costs are calculated by your destination added.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or other import charges applicable in their country.

Namibian Customs may require a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) before imported goods can be released. Customers are responsible for providing this information if requested

Local Delivery & Collection – South Africa

South African customers can choose from free collection at the Neelsie Student Centre, PUDO locker delivery, or The Courier Guy delivery.

When placing your order, please enter your preferred PUDO locker location in the ORDER NOTES field at checkout.

Important: Please make sure that you provide the correct PUDO locker location in your order notes to avoid delays with your delivery.
