Returns and Exchange policy

We offer a once-off free exchange of items bought online which includes courier collection and re-shipping. Returns will be collected free of charge and a Coupon issued to be used in future online.

1. To return any goods, you must have a valid receipt, proof of payment or gift receipt.
2. It must show the date when the goods were bought.
3. Should you wish to exchange or return goods purchased within 14 days, we will gladly exchange them for you or, if you are returning goods we will give you a refund in the form of a Gift voucher granted the following criteria are met:

    • The goods are unworn or unused with all original, sealed packaging and tags attached;

    • The goods are in a saleable condition.

4. Gift vouchers will not be refunded until further notice.

5. On Sale items and Black Friday items will not be exchanged or refunded.
