Collection – The Neelsie

The items purchased online will be kept in-store for you to collect at your convenience.
Should you not collect your order within the 14-day period, it will be moved to a storage area outside of the Neelsie. 

Collection – Tygerberg Campus

PUDO lockers can be found in the Student Centre.

Koerier met PUDO

The PUDO system has the following two options:

1. Ship to a PUDO locker should you wish to collect your parcel at your convenience.
   You will be notified with an SMS containing a PIN and an expiry date for the locker.
   Use the PIN provided to open the locker and collect your parcel.

2. Ship straight to your door when you simply add your address and you’ll receive your parcel within 3 – 5 days.

Simply download the PUDO app or visit their webtuiste to find a locker near you.

Koerier met Courier Guy

Should your item be too big for the PUDO lockers, the Courier Guy will be the alternative option to get your parcel to you.
They only deliver to addresses so simply add your home or work address for delivery.
Deliveries range between 1 – 5 days.
